Private Classes

We can accommodate groups up to 5 people at GYST Yoga HQ. Rates starting at $50 for a one hour.

GYST Yoga will travel to you! We are happy to lead a yoga class or meditation practice at your home, business or weekend away with friends. Rate start at $100 for a one hour class.

Are you interested in focusing on a specific area of the body or type of practice? Ask us about setting up a series of private classes. We can spend an hour at each session focusing on stretching and strengthening a specific area of the body. Series are done in 6 sessions starting $300.
