Chocolate Graham Cracker Icebox Sandwiches

I don't know what these are called but my mom makes them. They are easy to make and have the right amount of sugar to satisfy my sweet tooth cravings without melting at a rapid pace and making a mess.
Ingredients:
Chocolate Graham Crackers
one container of Cool Whip

Directions:

If the Cool Whip is frozen, take it out and allow it to defrost for two hours. Next take a cookie sheet and line it with parchment paper. Take out a pack of graham crackers and break them in half. Line the sheet with graham crackers. Take a dinner sized spoon (not one of the monster soup spoons) and smear the graham cracker with Cool Whip. Take another graham cracker and create a sandwich. Repeat until the tray is full or you run out of ingredients :-)

Place the tray in the freezer for 1.5-2 hours and then enjoy! Transfer the remaining sandwiches to a sealed bag or container for easier storage.
